Rumor Says Barron Trump Just Amassed a $200 Million Fortune, All on His Own

I had hopes for Barron Trump. Hopes that perhaps unlike the others in his family, he’d turn out to be a good person. But it’s starting to look like he’s just another chip off of dear old Dad’s block. Maybe that’s not true, but according to convicted securities fraudster Martin “Pharma Bro” Shkreli, he and convicted felon Donald Trump’s youngest son, collaborated on the launch of the mysterious DJT crypto token. The price of the meme coin, thanks to rumors of its alleged connection to the former president has rallied, especially since Trump is running in this year’s presidential election, MorningStar reports.

A series of screenshots posted to X show that Shkreli told crypto investigator ZachXBT that he’d worked with Barron Trump to launch the coin following a hunt for the folks behind it.

“I have over 1000 pieces of evidence I created it with Barron,” Shkreli, who was released from prison in May 2022, said following blockchain company Arkham Intelligence’s offer of $150,000 to anyone who could prove who created the DJT token, OK! reports.

Shkreli reiterated his earlier remarks in a live appearance on X. He added he’d worked with a team of 40 to 50 people, including 18-year-old Barron Trump, to launch the CDJT token, according to reports from those who listened to the Spaces event.

According to a report by Pirate Wires, Barron played a key role in the creation of the DJT crypto token, which had been largely ignored since its launch in April. When the younger Trump stepped in, the Solana-based token surged rapidly upward by 180 percent in value on Monday, June 17.

I’m the last person to even understand how the crypto/bitcoin situation even works. I do know a lot of these companies have started up, only to go under, but that’s really all I know. And others have speculated on the situation as well. Crypto investor Alex Wice and fellow trader “Gigantic Rebirth” engaged in a public wager, questioning the authenticity of the token’s connections to the younger Trump.

In a post on X Alex wrote that he would be willing to bet Shkreli $1 million that “DJT is fake.” Then Gigantic Rebirth upped the stakes, wagering $100 million that the Trump heir wasn’t linked to the token.

“I’m well aware there is a cabal strategy to bribe people in the Trump orbit to pretend they had something to do with this, when in a cabal of crypto whales did a presale and allocation to KOLs [key opinion leaders],” Gigantic Rebirth said in a post on X.

If there’s one thing that’s for sure, it’s that Wice has no love for Shkreli, and let’s face it Shkreli is a walking talking dirtbag who acquired the rights to the lifesaving toxoplasmosis drug Daraprim in 2015, raising the price from $17.50 to $750 per pill. While he should have been arrested for that, he was instead arrested and sentenced to seven years in prison in 2018 on federal securities fraud charges. Not because he made this important drug inaccessible for most people. And well, that’s how the corporate world works, folks.

Now it looks like Barron Trump is definitely taking a wrong turn, and I’m saddened by this. I’d hoped he would learn to do something worthwhile. Maybe he will someday but it sure doesn’t look like it, judging from this situation.

Here are a few well-aimed salvos from Wice to Shkreli, who deserves all of them.
