Trump Seriously Ready to Explode Over Manhattan Case, Just Posted EIGHT More Truth Social Posts

Oh, no.

No one at this site is going to put any reader through eight straight Trump posts on Truth Social. No, the news isn’t in what he’s actually writing so much is that these eight come after six straight put up last night just 22 hours ago. One gets the sense that Trump is zeroing in on this one case as the one that could blow him up. Fourteen posts in 24 hours?

Why?

Yes, it is premised upon a line used on MSNBC today, “Trump’s entire business empire was built on lies.” That certainly fits the behavior of a man who had everyone who ever said “Hello” to him sign a non-disclosure agreement. Non-disclosure agreements are usually used in businesses that have long client lists, insurance agencies, and things like that. Perhaps that would apply to real estate but certainly not reality television, and yet sign they did.

It looks like Fanni Willis could indict Trump on any given day now. We have heard that Jack Smith is incredibly aggressive, and his decision would not “delay” DOJ… pfft, that was offensive when issued. Trump should still be worried about the files regardless of what Pence and Biden did because neither Biden nor Pence stonewalled the NARA or the FBI, thus committing obstruction of justice. Oh, Trump also tried a violent coup. In many nations, that’s a crime. It is looking more and more like it’s not technically against the law in the United States. That is a basket full of cases. So why is this case so much more threatening to him (Or at least it appears to be)?

I have a guess after a couple of examples (Just two):

This is disgraceful conduct by Pomerantz, especially since, as always, I’ve done nothing wrong!

According to David LaBahn, President and CEO of the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys:

“The most likely implication for any lawyer disclosing publicly any materials derived from a grand jury proceeding without a written court order, including witness testimony, is a formal felony criminal charge for violating grand jury secrecy…”

And:

Sounds like Hillary’s Lawyer Pomerantz wanted to make money with a Book, but has put himself in great legal jeopardy. I have done nothing wrong!

What Mark Pomerantz did, according to the highly respected J. Anthony Jordan, President of the District Attorneys Association of the State of New York:

“By writing and releasing a book in the midst of an ongoing case, the author is upending the norms and ethics of prosecutorial conduct and is potentially in violation of New York criminal law.”

The second post, partly a quote from an article by J. Anthony Jordan, President of the District Attorneys Association of the State of New York, might be right. It would be wrong to release a book you’d worked on as a prosecuting attorney during an investigation and prosecution. The problem is that Manhattan D.A. Bragg had effectively closed the case leading Pomerantz to resign and be free to write about a closed case. It is not Pomerantz’s fault that his book was released right around the same time as the case was re-opened.

So. My theory on why this case has Trump far more fearful than the others? The case is about how the Trump Organization did real estate business around the world, which necessarily includes how Trump financed his properties when no major bank would touch him, with the exception of Deutsche Bank, the bank with the most fines and associations with the Russian mob. It could easily be that this investigation into Trump is the one most likely to expose some financial connections between Russia and Trump, which would at least establish a conflict of interest.

That is my theory. But lord oh lordy, is he upset about reopening this case.
