So Jim Crow isn’t enough for these people? Did you know that people without children don’t have a “stake in the game” as to the future of this country?

The MAGA right truly hates the idea of one person one vote. But now, apparently, there is a discussion about whether people without children don’t have a “stake” in the future of the country. Thus, this single dad would have two votes, while the families out in the country with the MAGA signs and seven kids would get 8-9. Sounds fair… to MAGAs who believe that they own the country.

This is J.D. Vance’s idea:

“Let’s give votes to all children in this country, but let’s give control over those votes to the parents of the children.”

How about we give the vote to all American adults first? What do you think of that J.D.? As you recoil in horror. The Fox folks took the idea and ran with it:

Will Cain said: “I think it’s an interesting idea. I’m into interesting ideas. Let’s think about it. Let’s talk about it. He’s saying childless leaders are making decisions that are short-term in mind, not focused on the long-term future health of this country because they don’t have a stake in the game. Parents have a stake in the game, they have children so give parents a bigger say.” 

And why do they think that “parents” think more long-term than childless couples? As far as we know, AOC isn’t married (Yet, but give us time), nor does AOC have children, and yet AOC seems to care far more about the nation and globe’s future and she definitely wants to help other people’s children. She is but one example. The problem is that the left, like AOC, just wants a different future, and that’s the problem for the MAGAs.

Campos-Duffy is always good for something horrifically ugly:

“I don’t know about that solution, that seems not feasible. But I will say that I agree with the premise of it, that it is absolutely true that people like [Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez], Pete Buttigieg — you can name the left-wing politicians, people who think that we should legalize marijuana because they don’t have kids and they don’t really have a stake in what that looks like.

WTF???? First, both AOC and Pete Buttigieg may well have children in the future, are they under some obligation to inform Fox News? The government? And who said that all parents hate the idea of legalized marijuana? (Other than Campos-Duffy) Some parents with teens hope that they’ll abstain from everything into their 20s but have made it a point to say that of alcohol and marijuana, we know which one we think is more dangerous. These MAGAs simply presume that they know best and THAT is what is dangerous, that is also how one starts down the road to dictatorships, only certain people know what’s best.

“I agree with him 100% that they don’t have a stake in the game.”

What the FFFFFF!!!! What they hell are they talking about?? Forget kids for a minute, what if we want to assist our aging parents!! And, for that matter, is there something wrong with a single person having a “stake in the game!!” What arrogance! Only on Fox.

Because the discussion wasn’t offensive enough, Hegseth had to turn on the burner:

“That is looking at it through the lens of the actual solution, which is the family unit. So many ills that we have in our society stem from that breakdown. I agree with you. [It’s] not a feasible policy but what it is in principle is a reflection of the fact that — what Ronald Reagan said, freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.”

“And if you’re Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez — our favorite comrade — and you’ve said the world is going to end in 12 years, what do you care? It’s this idea of absolute pessimism that the world’s going to end and as a result, we’re the problem and don’t have kids.”

She hasn’t said the world is going to end in 12 years, but she cares far more than these two in handing the world off as a better place to our grandchildren. She wants California still standing, Florida still above ground, and she wants KIDS that don’t grow up into poverty. The problem is that these Fox hosts are thinking of their kids, and their kids fit a certain “type,” and we need not explain further.

Campos-Duffy,  finishes it off:

“Do you want to pass AOC’s America off to America or J.D. Vance’s? American Marxists want to tear down the American family.”

Do they want an honest answer? And please shut the f-up about “Marxists!” There is no Marxists in Democratic politics. Should we start calling them “Monopolists?” Or how about just “fascists”?

J.D. Vance’s America is one where the family is armed to the f’ing teeth and takes their gunz to Rite Aide, and drives down taxes because their kid is never going to a public school anyway.

Every time we hear this “break down in the family unit” we hear dog whistles about Black Americans. But little do these people know that during the Ozzie and Harriet days, the Leave it to Beaver age, the minimum wage was much higher in real dollars and the highest income brackets paid well over 50% in taxes. Would they like to return to that? Or is “that part” something they’re willing to leave behind?

We know what AOC thinks.
