People Furious With Jared Kushner as It’s Now Clear He Left a Huge Mess in the Middle East
As everyone knows, the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians is again at a very bad place. In many ways it was inevitable.
The world believed it had an obligation to establish a Jewish state after World War II in its ancestral homeland. The world likely did have such an obligation. But nowhere near enough care was taken to involve the people already living in the area, the Palestinians. The Palestinians were not at the table as equal members of any agreement. It may have been impossible to come to a full agreement in any case. But it was not impossible to create a state in which the Palestinians were afforded more respect and more input. As it was, terms were largely dictated upon the people who also called the land their ancestral home.
Whether Jared Kushner knew any of this when Trump handed him the job to create peace in the Middle East cannot be known. He bragged he read a ton of books on the problem. Only Jared Kushner would believe that books would be sufficient, as opposed to appointing an American who had worked in the Middle East for decades and had relationships on both sides. Instead, Jared created a peace accord among nations that were not fighting each other. More importantly, every signee was connected to the Trump administration and believed that they would benefit beyond belief from a second Trump term. It wasn’t a coincidence that the agreement was signed amidst the campaign.
To every signee, Israel, Bahrain, UAE, and lesser agreements with Saudia Arabia and Qatar, etc, it sure “looked” like the Americans could be bought off. Trump bragged about selling Saudi Arabia U.S. military equipment. Trump said, “They pay in cash.” Interesting. Cash can be much tougher to track, especially if there’s a little grease on top that isn’t part of the sale.
Regardless, Jared’s “Peace Plan” for the Middle East is apparently still working well among the signees, who were not in conflict, the plan only normalized diplomatic relations, no more. The failure to adequately address the Palestinians’ needs and strong-arm Israel, some, has led to the inevitable. Another conflict.

We won’t pretend to know enough about who did what to start the latest conflict. We do know who is always lacking the ability to fight back. And we do know that Israel gave the AP News offices in the West Bank (along with Arab media) fair warning that the building was about to be hit and get everyone out. Israel said that the Palestinians used the civilian reporters as a human shield to protect intelligence assets. Perhaps so. But everyone noticed that the destruction of the building also crippled the ability to get real news out of the West Bank. It provides Israel a huge advantage. The media used the tallest building in the West Bank, precisely because it afforded it a view of what was taking place throughout the area.
So, Jared Kushner’s failure, now that Trump is out of office, looks to be rooted in the fact that Jared and Israel never offered a real peace plan to the Palestinians. And, we speculate, Israel now has reason to take out years of anger in order to destabilize the region and make life more difficult for the Biden administration.
The net is ripping Kush:
Two things are certain. Jared Kushner left a mess in the Middle East. And he’s probably gleeful at how the current awful situation pits progressives and liberals against one another.

From the Middle East to COVID, Jared Kushner took his privilege and caused untold damage around the world. He should be behind bars. #HeWentToJared

Reminder that Jared Kushner and Ivanka made $640 million during their time in the White House.
It was NEVER about peace in the Middle East.

You can’t make this s— up
Last week Jared Kushner founded the Abraham Accords Institute for Peace to commemorate the “peace” he brought to the Middle East
“The energy and enthusiasm for the Accords across the region is truly remarkable”

I hope by now conservatives realize the "peace plan" created by Jared Kushner was faux. It's not a peace plan if it only involved countries that Israel already had good relations with and excluded the Palestinians.

Jared Kushner brought peace to the Middle East just like Donald Trump made America great again.

Whenever you're feeling anxious and full of self doubt, try and carry yourself with the confidence of Jared Kushner as he declared he'd achieved peace in the Middle East.
Because no matter how badly you're doing, you're still doing a hell of a lot better than he ever did.
