It used to be done for entertainment purposes, the networks or one of us in the online news business would find pieces on the Q-Anon conspiracy movement, almost like going to the zoo. But then the zoo started coming to us as more and more MAGAs subsumed themselves into the “Q” conspiracy movement.

Once a person becomes convinced that Republican election officials in Arizona and Georgia, along with judges appointed by Trump, would all ban together in some giant conspiracy to defraud Trump, and “steal” the election, there is no point in drawing lines between those people who believe Democrats are abducting children and those who believe that certain voting machines were programmed in Venezuela.

CNN sends out intrepid reporter Donnie O’Sullivan to speak to some of these people and he rounded up some good stuff, so take a stiff drink or a blue pill with a big “V” in it. From Mediaite:

O’Sullivan noted that the “Q” have been saying the same thing for a long time now:

O’Sullivan: “They keep saying that. For years, and it’s not happened,”

MAGA: “It hasn’t been years.”

O’Sullivan: “Since 2017. It’s been years,” he corrected.

MAGA: “This is a 6,000-year-old death cult. You can’t take it down that quick,” the Q follower shot back.

Wait, wut? Six-thousand years? Plato must have been on of the elite, correct? Had to be. And that guy, Pythagoras, he was shifty, all those triangles and the numbers that always seemed to align. They use satellites to triangulate on you even now. Proof, it’s a 6,000 year old conspiracy!

Next up, another MAGA to tell us who really sacked the Capitol:

MAGA:  “You’re talking to the right person,” she claimed. “I can show footage that was all the left. The [Black Lives Matter] dressed up as Trump supporters.

She then offered up a new desperate addendum to the Q conspiracy that Trump will somehow return as president on March 4th, since all presidents since Ulysses S. Grant were illegitimate.

O’Sullivan: “Are you feel going to foolish on March 5th when Biden is still president?”

MAGA: “Umm, then Trump has a different plan in play,” she offered.

O’Sullivan: “Everybody keeps saying Trump has a plan,”

“He didn’t lose the election, sir. Trump did not lose the election and that’s where we differ,” the woman fired back, repeating Trump’s “big lie” election fraud conspiracy, which she said was proven by MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s widely-mocked and lie-filled documentary.

O’Sullian: “You trust the man more who sells pillows than the Republican officials in Georgia?”

MAGA: “Oh, absolutely.”

But if all those theories don’t pan out, there’s always the hope for a military coup, for some Trump supporters.

MAGA: “This whole thing is Biden, he’s like a puppet president,” the first woman insisted. “The military is in charge. It’s going to be like Myanmar, what’s happening in Myanmar. The military is doing their own investigation. At the right time they’re going to be restoring the republic with Trump as president.”

O’Sullivan: “What’s going on in Myanmar?”

MAGA: The government took over and they’re redoing the election. You know why? Because the election was stolen from us!”

*Wrong. In Myanmar the military deposed the rightfully elected government, just as these people are proposing to do. Nothing was stolen from anyone except the votes stolen from the voters.

Anderson Cooper: “There was some thought about some people leaving QAnon once Biden was election because they realized nothing they had been promised has come to pass. But like the lady in the piece, they just change what the prediction is supposed to be.”

O’Sullivan: “And when Trump doesn’t become the 19th president next week, they’ll move on to something else as well. I found it very concerning last weekend when we were speaking to these folks, particularly when they were talking about Myanmar and celebrating the military coup there and wanting to see that happen here in the U.S.”

Just to be clear, these people hate nice man, “aw-shucks,” Joe Biden so much that they want a military coup to install Trump back as president. About 30-35% of this nation is clearly mentally ill. Trump reached out and touched them with his mental illness and they aren’t seeking treatment except through each other.
