Jared’s Nightmare Upon Losing: Saudi’s MBS Bragging He Owned Jared for Passing Secrets

Jared Kushner will absolutely be pardoned for “any crimes committed while in office,” and accepting that pardon means admitting one’s guilt for a crime. The pardon will be valid and work to prevent smaller financial rip-offs with COVID PPE, or things like that. He may have a more difficult time with that Saudi Arabian thing that seems to be well-established.

The thing is, no one’s ever put up a pardon from a family member, a self-serving pardon by the president against the nation’s interest, with strong evidence that Jared simply “sold” state secrets to his friend MBS, whom he talked to with “WhatsApp” and visited Saudi Arabia, alone. Thus, his greatest nightmare.

His crime would not only be exposed but the pardon would be tested, all the way up to a very very conservative Supreme Court … one that may not believe someone who sold state secrets should get the benefit of the doubt on a bad faith pardon. Or, the SCOTUS might decide there are just two or three crimes that do not end post-pardon because MBS continues to use the information he got years ago, we could presume. The officials killed are still dead. The SCOTUS might say it’s an ongoing crime post-pardon.

Regardless, it is a good time to remember the stakes Jared faces and thus we are going to post a reminder from Business Insider:

Jared Kushner discussed classified information from the president’s daily briefing with Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who bragged that he had Kushner “in his pocket,” The Intercept reported on Wednesday, citing an unnamed source.

Kushner, you will note, is the one that the professional intelligence people determined should not have top-secret access because he was an intelligence risk. It took Trump over-ruling them to get him the material. Yet another fact going against Jared as you’ll read below:

Before losing that access, Kushner was particularly interested in information about the Middle East, The Intercept reported, citing several former White House and US government officials.

If we recall correctly, it was John Kelly that temporarily stripped Jared’s access to top-secret material, but it was already too late on some matters and Kushner obviously got it back.

It led to Jared taking an unannounced quick trip to see MBS personally, where they purportedly met until 4:00 a.m. and it was only one week after that meeting that hundreds of MBS family members, “supporters” (opponents in reality), and officials were taken and detained. Some were killed. Many of the names come straight from the daily briefing material.

A week after the meeting, Salman began what has been described as a large-scale corruption crackdown, which has led to the arrests of more than 200 officials. According to the Intercept report, Saudi officials mentioned in the daily briefings were among those detained.

So, Jared has a lot of blood on his hands and a lot of evidence left dangling in the wind. Saudi Arabia needs a relationship with the United States far more than it needs to protect Jared Kushner. Perhaps MBS will just out Kushner and that’s it. Perhaps there is enough evidence anyway.

Regardless. If the FBI and CIA go after this and find the evidence needed to prove Jared “stole” and “sold” state secrets (someone from the Arab nations re-financed his shit building worth near a billion and was the worst financed-purchased asset in history on 5th Avenue, Jared got bailed out big-time), that pardon is going to get the hard test. Perhaps the hardest in history.

Maybe the Biden administration will conclude that it’s best for the country to simply let bygones be bygones. Perhaps it will not. But Jared Kushner is now, post-defeat, one scared man.
