Stunning New Anti-Trump Ad Breaking the Internet is Guaranteed to Give You Goosebumps

There are no words.

Words cannot describe the well of emotion that bubbles up upon seeing the video produced by Eleven Films, set to be released on television and flooding the net. As one person on Twitter said: “If there is anything you must watch tonight, it’s this video. The time has arrived and as Rachel Maddow said “it is a break glass moment” in the survival of our democracy.”

We have to try to describe why this video is “different,” why it is necessary that every American see it, even the ones in red hats that smirk. The pictures are all culled from video you know, video you’ve seen, just not all together, and damned sure not messaged like this. There is video of Trump speaking in his crass, careless way, juxtaposed against that night in 2008, with Obama standing in front of a football stadium crowd, when we all believed in hope and change, it moves you to tears, and fear shakes your spine.

How did this happen? Yes, the GOP has been building toward this, and the GOP is prominently displayed, not “just” Trump. We first see a beautiful montage of color, all races, all Americans, white, black, Hispanic, native, all fighting together, and then we’re slammed with a montage of GOP politicians, McConnell, Graham, Pence, DeSantis, old white men all. But the GOP couldn’t have taken us to this precipice so fast, not this close to total destruction and fascism – that took Trump, and his worst moments are prominently featured.

Breathe this in and pass it everywhere. This, this here, is the most necessary ad of the election season because it’s not an “ad,” it’s a statement, a line in the sand, a promise, a promise that we’re not doing this anymore. WE will turn this country around in another direction, a country seeking out love, and answers to a damned epidemic. This statement must be taken to heart, and it surely will hit yours:

No words.

It is not an ad, it’s a mission statement. It’s why we fight and motivation to fight until we win.
