Ivanka Gets Dragged After Posting Video of Her Family Washing Hands with $40 Bottle of Hand Soap

Ivanka Trump is getting dragged after posting a video showing her children washing their hands with a $40 bottle of hand soap.

Ivanka enlisted her three children to encourage people to frequently and thoroughly wash their hands to prevent the spread of the coronavirus amid the global health crisis.

Princess Ivanka took to Instagram on Wednesday evening to share a video of her kids — Arabella, eight, Joseph, six, and Theodore, three — diligently scrubbing their hands with pricey hand soap while slowly singing the alphabet together.

‘We ALL have a role to play to slow the spread! Wash your hands (ohhh…and turn off the sink with your elbow or a towel while you do to save … still a work in progress with these guys 10 days in), she captioned the footage.

The video begins with Ivanka’s children lathering their hands at their kitchen sink with Aesop soap, which costs a whopping $39 a bottle.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has stressed that frequently washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and practicing social distancing are two of the best defenses against the highly-contagious coronavirus.

As of Thursday, there are more than 68,000 confirmed coronavirus cases in the U.S. and over 1,000 deaths.

Earlier this month, Ivanka faced fierce backlash for her “obtuse” and “out-of-touch” post suggesting parents have indoor campouts while quarantined at home with their kids.

Ivanka was quickly dragged for her “let them eat cake” moment:
