Republicans Furious That Sarah Huckabee Sanders is Being Blacklisted From Getting a Job

We haven’t seem much from Sarah Huckabee Sanders since she left the White House, and we consider that a GOOD THING.

Former White House Press Secretary Sanders will no doubt go down in history as one of the worst press secretaries in history and the progressive organization American Bridge is attempting to make sure Sanders stays where she belongs…in the background and away from any position that requires trustworthiness.

American Bridge recently sent out a mass email containing an open letter calling for American CEOs to refuse to hire Sarah Huckabee Sanders on the basis of her job performance as Trump’s Press Secretary.

You remember, the lies, obfuscation, and more lies.

American Bridge is hoping to get as many signatures as possible to ensure she is not hired in any capacity to serve the American people again.

Currently she is on Fox News, although pretty rarely. But still, her segments are just what you’d expect. All lies.

Many Democrats say Sanders blatantly lied for the President, deflected blame for him in many situations, and constantly appeared as an actively untrustworthy representation of the American Presidency. In her testimony to Robert Mueller, she even admitted to lying to the press.

The letter effectively sums up the opinions of many Americans on Sanders and calls for the nation’s business leaders to act now to stop her from continuing.

Take a look below at excerpts from the American Bridge open letter:

“Hello: We signed an open letter to America’s CEOs demanding they won’t hire anyone from the Trump administration who was complicit in Trump’s family separation policy.

Trump just announced that Sarah Sanders, his long-time press secretary and avid liar from the White House podium, will be leaving his administration at the end of the month.

Sanders will no doubt be looking for her next big gig––but CEOs must reject her resume.

Sanders spread misinformation, deflected blame, and did her best to cover for Trump at the expense of the truth about the family separation policy.”

The email also read “50,000 SIGNATURES NEEDED → Tell America’s CEOs: Don’t hire Sarah Sanders!” in hopes of gaining support from as many as possible and continues:

“Because of their negligence, children have been physically abused.

Because of their negligence, children have been sexually assaulted.

Because of their negligence, children have died.

Their inaction and negligence did not happen in a vacuum. Senior members of the Trump administration played a role, many helping craft, implement, and defend this heinous policy.

Some of these individuals have left the administration in recent months. Regardless of when they leave, they should not be allowed to seek refuge in your boardrooms or corner offices. Allowing them to step off of the revolving door and into your welcoming arms should be a nonstarter.

Many of you spoke out against this barbaric policy. However strong the opposition, your words are meaningless unless they are backed up with resolute action.

We call on you to make it clear that you will not hire for employment, contract for consulting, or seat on your boards, anyone involved in the development or implementation of the Trump administration’s family separation immigration policy.”

Well, the right-wing alt-right rag Breitbart is calling on their readers to stop the attack on Sanders. Many in the GOP and the far right believe this is an unfair boycott and some have even called for conservatives to stage their own boycotts in schools, workplaces, etc. to prove their point.

None of this is seeming to bother Sanders though, who on Friday paid Trump’s filing fee to the Republican Party to run for reelection in Arkansas.

Sanders, an Arkansas native, said she wished to “convey our strong support of the president” ahead of his reelection campaign.
